BROTHER LAZARUS J. CORE, JR.

Lazarus Jerome Core, Jr. transitioned with love and peace from this work and his life to his heavenly home on August 12, 2022. Lazarus was born to Lazarus Jerome Core, Sr. and Annie Mae Core on December 14, 1963, in Homerville, GA. He was one of three children.
During his time on earth, he attended Glynn Academy, and later in life, joined Zion Baptist Church in Brunswick, GA. He enjoyed travelling, spending time with friends and family, and living life. He was employed with Dillards Clothing store.
In 1985, Lazarus became a father to his only daughter, and in 1993, to his only son, and was very proud to have them in his life.
Lazarus is preceded in death by his wonderful father, Lazarus Jerome Core, Sr., his brother, Kevin Core, and his son, Terrell Jamar Core.
He leaves to cherish his memory with his mother, Annie Mae Core of Brunswick, GA; daughter, Latorria Jarica Core of Brunswick, GA; brother, Tony Jerome Core, Sr. of Brunswick, GA; grandchildren, Anaiya and Jayden Mahony both of Brunswick, GA; nephew, Tony Jerome Core, Jr. of Brunswick, GA; niece and nephew, London and Carmello Core of Brunswick, GA; his partner, Elvira Williams; close friend, Mary Dubose; and a host of loving and doting aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones, and friends.
