Deaconess Myrtice Lee (Roberts) Regulus

 Deaconess Myrtice Lee Regulus was born February 1, 1922 in Douglas (Coffee County), Georgia to the late Rev. Grant Roberts and Delphia Wells Roberts.

She grew up in Waycross where she received her formal education from the Waycross Public School system.

Deaconess Regulus was long time and faithful member of Greater St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.

She departed this life on  Friday July 30, 2021 at her residence after an illness. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Elijah James Regulus Jr. and Edward L. Regulus; and four brothers.

Those left to cherish her memory include four sons, Gregory Regulus, Curtis Lee Regulus Lorene, Ronald Karl Regulus (Kathy) and Richard C. Regulus (Lisa0;  eleven grandchildren; great grandchildren;  two daughters-in-law, Faye Regulus and Lizzie Regulus.; numerous of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday August 7, 2021 in Hazzard Hill Cemetery at 11:00 a.m  for Deacon and Deaconess Elijah Reguls Sr. with Rev Fer-Rell M. Malone Sr.,, pastor of Macedonia Missionary Baptist  Church , Waycross, bring words of comfort.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fluker Funeral Home 985 Ossie Davis Parkway, Waycross, Georgia.
