Mr. Douglas Thomas of Waycross, affectionately known as “Doug” or “Jersey”, passed away on Thursday November 26, 2020 in Philadelphia, PA., after an illness.

A funeral service will be held Saturday December 5, 2020 in Philadelphia, PA.
A balloon release will be held in his memory at 5:00 p.m. Saturday at Mary Street Park, Waycross, GA with family and friends.

Final and most sacred arrangements are entrusted to the professional care of Fluker Funeral Home, 985 Ossie Davis Parkway, Waycross,GA.
