Gabriel King Michael Smith Jr.

Gabriel King Michael Smith, Jr. was born on June 28, 2004, in Waycross (Ware County), GA to Gabriel Smith, Sr. and Rosalind Denise Moore Smith.  He received his education in the Ware County Public School System and was a student at Ware County High School.

Gabriel gave his life to the Lord on January 24, 2021, at Heavenly Bound Church of the Living God in Waycross, GA. He loved his church and often would work on the church for no monetary payment.

He worked alongside his father as a brick mason helper. This experience also allowed the opportunity to work beside his uncle, Pastor Roger Smith, as a carpenter helper.  Gabriel knew the importance of work and helped provide for his mother and smaller siblings during the absence of his father.

Gabriel was loved by his community, high school and family. He was a very kind, humble and loving young man to all who knew him. On Wednesday, September 22, 2021, God called him to his Heavenly home. 

He leaves behind his loving father Gabriel Smith, Sr., mother Rosalind Denise Moore Smith; sisters, Keyome Smith and Princess Smith; brother Gates Smith; nephew Enoch Smith and a host of Uncles, Aunts, family and friends.

Final and most sacred arrangements are entrusted to the professional care of Fluker Funeral Home, 985 Ossie Davis Parkway, Waycross, GA.
