Mr. Cary Allen Taylor, Sr. entered into the hands of the Lord on March 24, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend to many.
Cary began his earthly journey on December 23, 1954, born to the late Terrell Taylor Sr. and Mary Louise Johnson Taylor. He attended Waycross High School before embarking on a career at King Edward Cigar Factory in Waycross, Georgia. After his time there, he went on to work for the City of Waycross and later enjoyed employment with Walmart, where he made lasting connections with coworkers and customers alike.
Shortly after beginning his career, Cary found and married the love of his life, Mincey Baker. Their union of 43 years was blessed with two daughters and four sons. He was a devoted family man who enjoyed cooking, shopping, and watching Westerns. His faith was an essential part of his life, and he accepted Christ at an early age, attending King Solomon Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, Cary was preceded in death by his brother, Terrell Taylor Jr., and one son.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife, Ms. Mincey Taylor; two daughters, Charve Taylor and Tiaira Taylor; three sons, Cary Allen Taylor Jr., Caron Taylor, and Stanley Gray; four sisters, Ashley McPherson, Kathy Killens, Vicki Taylor, and Scarlett Taylor; and one brother, Gregory Taylor. He also leaves behind two precious granddaughters, Paityn Walker and Alaya Taylor, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and dear friends.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." – John 3:16
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
