Mr. Eric Delrio Gordon left his earthly home on Friday, July 25, 2025. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 11:00 am in the White Hall Community Holiness Church. Please keep the family in prayer during this difficult time.
Eric Delrio Gordon was born on September 8, 1968, in Waycross, Georgia, to Clyde Gordon Jr. and Sandra Dale Munford Clark. He received his formal education in the Waycross School System, where he built the foundation for a life full of personality, passion, and connection.
As he entered adulthood, Eric found his place in the restaurant industry. He was known for his work ethic and his love for cooking—a talent he took great pride in. Whether preparing meals for others or simply enjoying his favorite food—a good ole’ fat sausage—Eric’s joy for food was contagious.
Eric loved spending time with his friends, especially the close-knit group affectionately known as the Fullmore Boys. Whether they were sharing laughs, reminiscing, or just enjoying each other’s company, Eric found joy in the moments of togetherness. He also appreciated quiet time alone, often relaxing with movies, singing, and enjoying the peace of his own space.
A true football fan, Eric’s heart belonged to the Dallas Cowboys, his lifelong team. Whether they won or lost, he remained a faithful supporter, always ready to cheer them on.
Eric was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Clyde Gordon Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: His loving mother, Sandra Dale Munford Clark; three children: Echon Hardy, Roger Kite, and Shince Graham; sister, Kim Taylor (Anthony “40”); Two beloved grandchildren; Aunts: Angela Munford, Tonya McWhorter, Pamela Goodman, and Georgia Lee Malone; Uncles: Michael Munford, Tony Munford, and Eddie McElhaney; a host of cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will remember his kindness, humor, and unwavering spirit.
