MR. GARY LAMAR JACKSON

Mr. Gary Lamar Jackson Gary Lamar Jackson, a veteran of the United States Navy and resident of Waycross, Georgia passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 58.

Gary Lamar Jackson (Animal) was born on November 9, 1967, in Douglas, Georgia to JimmyMcRae and Essie Goff. Gary attended coffee county high school Gary served in the United States Navy for 3 years as a petty officer (e-4).

Gary truly lived life to the fullest. he enjoyed the simple pleasures of life: he loved football, playing lotto, fast cars, and drag racing. Gary was a fun, joking, and lovable person enjoying life as a veteran, father, brother, and good friend.

Proceeded him in death is his brother Darren Jackson, sister Val Copeland, Uncle Clarence Jackson, Aunts Betty Jane Peterson, Sharon Jackson, cousins Malcolm Cope and Anika Mitchell.

Gary leaves to cherish his sweet memories his mother Essie Goff (Lloyd), brothers, Tony Copeland and Thurman Copeland, Lenny Jackson, sisters Sharonda Jackson, Nina McRae, April McRae, a host of other relatives and devoted friend Fred Toombs.
