MR. RILEY JEROME WILLIAMS

Mr. Riley Jerome “Pugh” Williams was born on November 26, 1956, in Bacon County, Georgia. He was educated in the Ware County Public School System and was the 11th of 15 children born to the late Jessie C. and Louise P. Williams. He was preceded in death by 11 siblings.

Jerome was known throughout Waycross as a free spirit. He loved planting and watching things grow, finding joy in seeing life flourish. He was cared for by many and loved by all who knew him. His presence and gentle spirit will be deeply missed. Sleep well, Jerome—affectionately known as “Pugh.”
