Mother Maudie Lou Tripp-Robertson was born December 12, 1947, in Waresboro, Ga to the late Vethel Sallet Tripp and Meredith Tripp. Maudie was a graduate of Center High School and accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of Elder JH Reid of First Born Church #2. She was also apart of the Gospel Specializers, who often traveled around parts of Georgia singing.
Maudie was employed with Gold Kiss Pecan Factory for many years. Her work also extended in housekeeping for Beacon Pediatric, Devane Law Firm, Dibiase Chiropractors, and so many more. She had a passion for cooking, baking, sewing, but mostly spending time with her family.
With a broken heart, she is proceeded in death by all of her children Donna Marie Robertson, SPC Nathaniel James Robertson Jr., Paula Vanessa Robertson, and Regina Yolanda Robertson. Her parents Mother Vethel Sallet Tripp and Meredith Tripp, A brother Melvin Dee Tripp, Uncles Herbet Sallet, Joe Mimo Sallet, Aunts Lillie Bell Barnum and Maxine Tripp.
Maudie leaves to cherish her memories to her Grandchildren Latrese Robertson whom she raised, Danielle Robertson, both of Waycross, Ga. Marquis Robertson (Jamilla) of Atlanta, Ga. Keith Plowden Jr. and Demario Robertson, both of Waycross, Ga. Nathaniel Robertson III, Natasha Robertson, Navonte Robertson, D'Anne Augustus, all of Woodbridge, Va. Nijal Robertson, Nassir Robertson, and Keylei Stevens of Columbia SC. 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Sisters and brothers Marvin Tripp (Kathleen), John Boyd, both of Waycross, Ga. Martha Bethea (Kenneth) and Ethel Williams, both of Atlanta, Ga. Essie Tripp Neeley of Florida. Her best friend Minister Mrs. Suzanne Williams of Statesboro, Ga. Acknowledging special great grandchildren Xikearia "Gal" Robertson and Xikeeis "HB" Robertson, God daughter Kimberly Williams, a special cousin Ms. Etta Smith, and a niece Pastor Linda Swift, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
