MRS. PATRICIA ANN (COBB) JINKS - O'NEAL

Patricia Ann Cobb Jinks O’Neal was born February 19, 1949, in Waycross, GA to the late Nathaniel “Buddy” Cobb and Izola Jenkins Cobb. She received her formal education in the public school system in Waycross, GA later graduating from Center High School with the class of 1967-1968. Having a passion to work in the health care industry, she furthered her education graduating from Ware Technical College in 1971 with a degree as an LPN.

To know Pat, as she was affectionately called, was to love her. Her caring spirit caused her to not only care for those in her care, but also for anyone in need of food, advice or just a friendly listening ear.

In 1988 Patricia became an entrepreneur opening Jinks Personal Care Home. She started her business with 2 patients and over time it began to flourish. After years of having a successful care home she was able to contract her services out to other facilities and individual home locations.

Patricia was called from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Friday, September 16, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents; five siblings: Juanita Robinson, Curtis Postell, Lenay Washington, Vicki Campbell and Carmetia Lowder; a niece Avis Rodriguez and a nephew Damien Robinson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband David O’Neal; three children, Lena Miller, Megan Miller and Chelsea Welch; two step children, Mellisa O’Neal and James O’Neal; three siblings, Nathaniel (Alfreda) Cobb, Angelique Cobb and Kristie (James) White; fourteen grandchildren, Alexis Fuller, Lauren Scriven, Hannah Miller, Coltan Miller, China Clark, Erin Armstrong, Charity Armstrong, Madelyn Ivey, Eli Ivey, Levi Ivey, A’Brayla Overstreet, Tanniyah Edwards, Chasidy Dennis and Malakai Welch; four great grandchildren, Za’Maya Bell, Zhari Armstrong, Tamia Bell and Amir Bell; Brothers and Sisters-In-Laws , nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
