MRS. REGINA YOLANDA (ROBERTSON) WALLACE

Regina Yolanda Wallace was born August 17, 1965, to Maudie Tripp Robertson and Nathaniel James Robertson, Sr. in Waycross, Georgia. She departed this life on Monday March 13, 2023, in Savannah, Georgia.

Regina was educated through the Waycross School System where she was a graduate of Center Jr. High School class of 1984. Regina was a Certified Nursing assistant at Satilla Care Center where she loved taking care of the elderly. Her empathetic and compassionate personality landed her a job at head start as a teacher assistant taking care of young children. She was also an employee of Waycross Molden.

Regina was preceded in death by her brother Nathaniel James Robertson, Jr., two sisters; Donna Mae Robertson and Paula Vanessa Robertson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Johnny Dewayne Wallace; two sons, Demario Antwon Omar Robertson (Kierra) and Keith Plowden; her loving mother and best friend Maudie Tripp Robertson; father Nathaniel J. Robertson, Sr.; aunts and uncles, Marvin Tripp (Kathleen), Melvin Tripp, John Boyd, Annie Lois Jones, Freddie Robertson, Martha Bethea (Kenny) and Ethel Williams; a great aunt, Myrdes Pecola Sallet; grandchildren, Don’nay, Baptiste, London Robertson, Italy Robertson, Forever Plowden and Damaiah Robertson; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
