Willie leaves to cherish his memories: Love of his life for 35 years, Velma Mincey Donley; two daughters, Nicole Wiggs and Qutrine Mincey Mack (Daniel) of Folkston.; five grandchildren, Natiqua Wiggs Hamilton (Jefferey), Darius Felder, Daniel Mack Jr., Teonia Wiggs and Tony Gordon III; one great granddaughter, Zanariych Shellman; three brothers, Arthur Donley (Aleathia) of Jacksonville, Fl., Lewis Donley (Mary) and Clemon Donley, Jr. both of Hillard, Fl.; five sisters, Ernestine Brown of Folkston, GA, Diane Donley of Hillard, Fl, Christine Irick (William), Barbara Holt (Alex) and Cheryl Donley all of Jacksonville, Fl.; six In-Laws, Shirley Tyson (Edward), Edward Mincey (Elizabeth), Juanita Martin (Dominic), Willie Mincey all of Folkston, Ga, Henry Mincey (Lisa) of Brunswick, Ga and Valentine Edwards (Michael) of Homerville, Ga.; Aunts and Uncles, Bernice Donley of Vero Beach, Fl, Willie Mae Donley of Sarasota, Fl, Shirley Sharon, Alvita Green, Larry Mitchell and Danny Mitchell all of Jacksonville, Fl. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public Visitation will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 10:00 am at Mt. New Home Missionary Baptist Church, 416 Dixie Lake Road, Folkston, Georgia 31537. Funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 am. Internment will be in the Hilliard Community Cemetery in Hillard, Florida. Please keep the family in prayer during this difficult time.
