Ms. Vivian Taylor was born March 30, 1946, in Blackshear, Georgia, to Eddie Daniel Taylor and Ruthie Mae Howard Taylor, later raised by Eloise Poole Taylor. She received Christ at an early age and was a member of Church of Christ in Waresboro, Ga. Part of her formal education was received from Lee Street School, Blackshear Ga, as well as from the Ware County School system graduating from Center High School class of 1965.
Vivian was a quiet and sweet spirited person. She was employed by Pic N Save department store for a number of years and enjoyed her career until she became ill.
Vivian Taylor departed this life on July 31, 2024, at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital after a long illness. she was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.
Those left to cherish her memories include her sisters: Elizabeth Burden of Blackshear, Georgia, Avis Bailey, Linda (Eugene) Williams, Alenia (Ernest) Pharmes all of Waycross Georgia; Brothers: Norris (Laura) Taylor of Brunswick Georgia, Emmanuel (Annetta) Taylor of Valdosta, Georgia, and Corinthian (Michelle) Taylor of Albany, Georgia; Aunt, Lelia Mae Baldwin of Waycross, Georgia; Uncles, Tommie (Angela) Poole of St Mary's, Georgia and Robert Poole of Waycross, Georgia; a sister in law, Teresa T. Massey; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
Family and Friends are being received Thursday and Friday, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the home of her sister Ms. Avis Bailey located at 1310 Assembly Street, Waycross, GA 31501
