Born on June 6, 1970, in Valdosta, Georgia, Andre Devane Fluker was the beloved son of the late Carlton T. Fluker and Carolyn Lucas Fluker. He graduated from Waycross High School in the Class of 1988 and furthered his education at Valdosta State College, Albany Technical College, and Gupton-Jones Mortuary School in Atlanta.
As a child, Andre was baptized at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church and was a devoted Sunday School member. He was known for his infectious personality and his ability to bring joy and laughter to everyone around him.
Andre had a passion for the arts, from hairstyling, make-up artist, cooking, decorating, photography, modeling, and designing outfits. He also held a special admiration for Marilyn Monroe.
Above all, Andre was fiercely loyal and protective of his family and friends. He leaves behind his mother, Carolyn Lucas Fluker; his sister, Aleecia C. Fluker; his guardian brother, Carlos Martel; adopted brothers Ricky Thomas and Carnell Jones; and a loving extended family, including uncles and aunts: Nicholas Fluker Jr., Andrew and Sharon Fluker, Audwin and June Fluker, Cynthia and Edward Dyson, Edward Lucas Jr., Gloria Lucas Smith, Essie Lucas Young, Larry Lucas, Roger and Linda Lucas Nunn, Anthony and Carolyn Lucas, and Eric and Deborah Lucas, along with a host of cousins and friends.
Family and friends are being received starting Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 12 Noon until 8:00 pm at his mother's residence located at 1313 Carswell Ave., Waycross, GA. Please keep the family in prayer during this difficult time.
