Mr. Charles Jackson Jr.

Mr. Charles Jackson r. of Homerville, Georgia departed this life on Wednesday evening December  8, 2021 in South Georgia Medical Center, Valdosta Georgia after an illness,
He was a native of Homerville and the son of the late Charlie Jackson and Risa Lee Cooper Jackson.
He received his formal education at Stuart (Fl.) Training School and attended Florida A&M University as a student athlete on the golf team.
He was retired from the U.S. Army with21 years of service. He was a member of Brown Chapel A.M.E. Church in Homerville, Ga. where he served actively as a trustee.  He was chairman of Homerville Housing Authority.
In addiction to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Cevis Jackson and five siblings.
