Bro. Kenyon Brown was born March 25, 1924 in Sylvester (Worth County), Georgia to the late Arron Brown and Flossie Ross Jackson. He received his formal education from the Worth County Public School System.
At an early age he moved to Jacksonville, Fl where he met and married Lucinda Foster. After marriage they relocation to Folkston, Georgia where they lived until their demise.
He was a faithful member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Folkston where he served on the usher board. He was worked and retired from Gillman Paper Co. in St. Marys, Georgia after many years of service.
He enjoyed fishing and playing pool and was good at both of them.
On Sunday February 14, 2021 Bro. Kenyon Brown departed this life in Southeast Georgia Medical Center, St. Marys, Georgia after an illness. In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Caroline Bolden Clayton; siblings, J.P. Park, Frank Jackson, Alice Prockor Crutchfied, Ruth Hall, Lucy Hines and Annie Bell Brown.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Ralph E. Bolden Sr., Evon Bolden Wright, Patricia Bolden, Sandra Bolden; sisters, Lois Williams and Gladys Horton; grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
