Marvin G. Eady Jr. Sunrise: October 16, 1955. Sunset: July 15, 2022. He was born to the late Marvin G. Eady Sr. and Willie Mae Eady of Blackshear, Ga. He graduated from Blackshear High School. In his early years, he joined Piney Grove FWB Church and gave his life to the Lord. He was later ordained as a Pastor and joined Greater Saint James AME Church. Marvin worked for the City of Blackshear for many years in Public Works. He was preceded in death by his younger brother William Eady. Mr. Marvin G. Eady Jr. leaves to cherish his memories five daughters; Lakeisha Eady, Renodia Harris (Conniel Harris), Roberta Eady, Hannah Wright (Eric Wright), Chacanaan Eady; four sons; Cartheal Eady (Angela Eady), Corey Eady, Manasseh Eady, Stephen Eady (Raven Eady), two bonus daughters, Yolanda Daniels (Aveary Daniels), Coutiea Lashe’, two sisters; Debra Owens (Curtis Owens), Lydia Eady, one brother, John Eady, 15 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and family and friends
Visitation will be held Friday, July 29, 2022, from 5-7 pm at Fluker Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Greater St. James AME Church located at 626 Cherry St. in Blackshear, GA. Fluker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
