Gabriel’s trumpet was blowing and Sandra Ann Hannan, 65 heard the voice of the Lord. She departed this life on Thursday afternoon, September 10, 2020, in Southeast Georgia Health System- Brunswick Campus, after a lengthy illness.
Sister Sandra Ann Moring Hannan was born November 21, 1955 in Folkston,Georgia to the late Edget G. Moring and Annie Lee Council Moring. She was the second to the last of nine children. She received her formal education from the Charlton County Public School System
Sandra was a very loving, sassy and remarkable wife, mother, sister and friend to many. She treated everyone with absolute respect and admiration. She was always willing to give her last to anyone in need. She loved to surround herself with family while relaxing on your back porch or at the little house by the pond.
She was a nurse assistant at Folkston Nursing Home and a homemaker for many years. Sandra loved to go off adventuring while cruising in the car wearing her favorite going-off earrings.
Those left to cherish her memory include a husband of 46 years Jobe Hannan Sr. of Folkston, GA, three sons, Keefe Hannan (Samantha) of St Mary’s, GA , Jobe Hannan Jr of Kingsland, GA , and Stacey Hannan Sr. (Jessica) of Folkston, GA; grandchildren, Nystacia Hannan-Helland (Darion), Anyis Hannan of Jacksonville FL, Stacey Hannan Jr of Folkston GA , Destiny Hannan, Jobe Hannan Jr, Caleb Hannan of Callahan, FL, Ava Hannan of Long Island, NY, Tamar Hannan of St. Mary GA; siblings Anna Mae Overstreet (Solomon), Thelma Gibbs, Barbara Mainor (Sam), Gloria Roberson, Jimmy Moring (Ellamae) all of Folkston, Ga., Mary Williams (Jerry) of Fernandina Beach, Fl and Edger S. Moring (Judy) of Alma, GA; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
