Ms. Joyce Marea Tobler

Sis. Joyce Tobler was born on February 9, 1975 in Waycross, Georgia to Grace Tobler and the late Bennie White Jr.  She received her formal education from the Waycross Public School System. She worked in the cosmetology industry for many years.

Joyce departed this life on Sunday, June 20, 2021 in Savannah, Georgia after an illness. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Hebert Tobler and Myrtice Tobler; her paternal Grandparents, Bennie White Sr. and Alberta White; siblings Gary White and Denise Dawson; a nephew, Jabyo Bell and a great nephew, Kayden Boyd.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children; Xavier Tobler, Raekwon Chatman, Joyunique Etheridge, Dominick Chatman and Dahianique Chatman; her mother, Grace Tobler Smallwood (Freddie); a step father that helped raise her, Wilbert Williams (Denise); grandchildren, Demaria Bryant, Aubree Tobler, Amiyah Tobler, Royal Tobler; maternal sibling, Cynthia McElroy (Alphonso), Victoria Tobler, Felicia Tobler, Vaneshia White (Willie), Wilbert (Beau) Williams (Ericka); paternal Siblings, Darrell Sanders (Sharon), Timothy Sanders (Diane), Ben Gosier, Bennie White lll, Amiee Bryant (Tommy), Trice Simpson (Terry) and Vaneisha Norton (Willie0; a host of nieces, and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins , other relatives and friends including two special friends, Terrence Birden and Robin Moody. Joyce is truly loved and will be sincerely missed all who knew her.

 A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 in Oakland Cemetery at 1 p.m., with Apostle Carlos White officiating.

Public visitation will be held Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Final and most sacred arrangements are entrusted to the professional care of Fluker Funeral Home, 985 Ossie Davis Parkway, Waycross, GA.
