Robert Campbell, Jr.

Bro. Robert Lee Campbell Jr. was born July 15, 1990 in Indiantown (Martin County), Florida to Robert Lee Campbell Sr. and Sophronia Smiley.

He began his formal education in Indiantown, Fl at Warfield Elementary. His mother later relocated the family to Folkston, Georgia where he would continue his education in the Charlton County Public School System and graduated from Charlton County High School in 2007.After graduation he was employed with Woods Inc. where he stayed employed until his untimely demise.

Robert enjoyed fishing and was an adamant sports fan with his favorite teams being the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team and the Jacksonville Jaguars football team.

He departed this life on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dewey & Marie Gibbs, grandmother, Mollie Howell and an aunt, Landa Faye Dasher.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Sophronia Smiley of Folkston, Ga.; His father, Robert Campbell Sr. (Cynthia) of Indiantown, Fl.; his children, Lyric Campbell, Passion Campbell and Prosper Campbell all of Folkston, Ga.; his siblings, Dantonie Eldell (Laqunda), Brittany Smiley and Dominic Campbell all of Folkston, Ga. and Marvin Williams, Corey McIntyre of Indiantown, Fl.; grandmother, Lilly McDowell of Okeechobee, Fl.; grandfather, Otis Howell of Indiantown, Fl.; a devoted girlfriend, Latasha Oliver of Folkston; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other and friends include specials friends, Jeff Hamilton, Deangelou Dasher, Gregory Taylor and Lamont Jenkins.

A graveside services will be held Saturday June 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Pinckney Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Ruby G. Davis officiating.

Final and most sacred arrangements are entrusted to the professional care of Fluker Funeral Home 985 Ossie Davis Parkway, Waycross, Georgia.
