Robert Cee Glaze, Sr.

Mr. Robert Glaze Sr., age 55, of Lakeland, GA. departed this life on Tuesday February 4, 2020 at Hospice Satilla House in Waycross, Georgia at 3:14 p.m.

He was born March 26, 1964 in Homerville, Georgia to the late James Glaze and Elouise Holloway Glaze. He received his formal education from the Clinch County Public School System.

Robert lived most of his life between Clinch County and Lanier County. He was a very likeable and out going person who befriended everyone he came in contact with.  He was employed as a machine operator for National Pecan Company in Lakeland.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: James Hodges and Steve Glaze.

Those left to cherish his memory include three daughters, Shamala Glaze (Keith), Armeka Glaze and Rozie Glaze; three sons, Marquivous Glaze, Robert Glaze Jr. and Ja’Marion Glaze; two sisters: Sandra McKelvin (Tony) and Carolyn Locks; a brother, Johnny Holloway (Jackie); five granddaughters, Shamonyae, Tiana, La’Mya, Faith and Hermonie; five grandson, Kidrarion, Jusiah, Kyvan, Jabren and Amari; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Antioch Baptist Church. 711 Forest Ave. Homerville, GA. Interment will be in Pine Forest Cemetery.
