Mrs. Rosa Lee Bell, age 97, of Waycross, GA, transitioned from labor to reward on Saturday night April 4, 2020 after an illness.
She was a life long resident of Ware county and the daughter of the late Ernest Poole and Annie Mae Boyd Poole. Her husband was the late Nora Bell.
Mother Bell accepted Christ as her personal savior and became a long life member of Church Of Christ Written in Heaven. She served as the church mother for many years.
Mother Bell was an outstanding cook for her family, as well as on her job at Williams Heights Elementary School where she was employed for many years.
Those left to cherish her memory include her siblings: Missionary Lelia Mae Baldwin of Waycross, Tommy Poole (Angela) of St. Marys, Ga, Mary Ann Parrish and Robert Poole (Betty) both of Waycross as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service for Mother Bell will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Waresboro Cemetery, Pineview Church Road Waresboro, GA. Bishop John moss will give words of comfort.
