Sis. Alice Faye (Lee) Tiller

Sis. Alice Faye Lee Tiller was born December 27, 1957 in Homerville, Georgia to the late Charles Lee and Bertha Mae Cox Lee. She received her former education from the Clinch County Public School System.

She was a faithful member of The New Gospel Tabernacle Church of God in Christ where she served and was very active in the ministry. Sis. Tiller was head usher for many years where she loved to greet with a smile and a hug when the doors were opening for service.

She was a strong pillar in the community who loved to serve. She a board member of the Homerville Housing Authorities for many years.

Sis. Tiller was called to her heavenly home on Thursday January 28, 2021 after a brief illness.

Those left to cherish hermemory include five daughters, Melissa Lee-Russ (Terence, Vontreasha Lee, Clarissa Lee-Williams (Jarrett, Shawntell Gamble and Courtney Tiller all of Homerville, Georgia; seventeen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Missionary Lillie Swinson (Raymond) and Deaconess Cora Johnson both of Homerville, Georgia; thre brothers Minster John Lee (Deaconess Rose)) of Homerville, Ga, Charles Lee Jr. (Virgil) of Madison < Fl. and Frank Lee of Homerville, Ga.; other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 in Pine Forest Cemetery with her pastor, Pastor William M. Williams, delivering words of comfort. Public visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at The New Gospel tabernacle Church of God in Christ, 59 Virgina Ave., Homerville, Ga.
